How to Troubleshoot Common Problems

No Display After Booting Up


1. Check the power cord and power strip of the host computer to make sure they are properly connected, and confirm that the power cord or power strip is working properly.

2. Check if the power switch of the monitor is turned on.

3. Check if the brightness of the machine is adjusted to the lowest level.


Computer Touchscreen Not Responding After Startup


1. Are any other display devices connected?

2. The brightness may be adjusted to the lowest level. Please refer to the instructions on adjusting the brightness of the touchscreen for adjustment.

3. Check the computer system resolution and screen refresh rate.


Low Monitor Brightness


1. Please refer to the instructions on adjusting the LCD brightness for adjustment.

2. Use the panel buttons to restore the factory default settings in the menu options.


Unable to Enter System After Startup


1. Try pressing DEL to enter BIOS to check the information and see if any hard disk or other hardware information is detected.

2. If all hardware information is detected normally in BIOS, it is recommended to reinstall the system.


"Out of Range" Displayed on Startup


1. Check if the resolution of the host computer is beyond the maximum resolution of the monitor.

2. Use the maximum refresh rate that the monitor can achieve at the current resolution.


"NO System Disk & Disk Error" Displayed on Startup


1. Enter BIOS first to check if the hard disk is detected. If detected, it is recommended to reinstall the system; if not detected, please try to reinstall the system.


"NO Signal" Displayed on Startup


1. Confirm whether the computer is started.

2. When starting up, try pressing F1 to check the BIOS information and see if there is any display on the system interface.


Touchscreen Not Working


1. Check if the device is placed in a high temperature environment or under direct sunlight.

2. Check if the touchscreen driver and version are installed correctly.

3. Reinstall the driver and restart the system.

4. Check if there are USB devices in the Device Manager.

5. If USB devices can be detected, try inserting other USB devices to see if they work, to ensure that the USB port is functioning properly.


Touchscreen Inaccurate or Not Responding Effectively


1. Make sure the touchscreen surface is clean, free of oil stains, dirt, etc., and no scratches.

2. Check if there are strong magnetic fields, signals, or other interference factors around the machine.

3. Open the touchscreen calibration tool and recalibrate carefully.


No Sound or Abnormal Speaker Sound After Entering the System


1. Check if the computer audio sound card driver is installed correctly.

2. Check if the volume is muted, and if the system audio manager and monitor volume control are turned up.

3. Check if the volume mode is set to mute.
